1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Speak Your Find ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Speak Your Find is a two-sided marketplace platform that connects users who are seeking services, products, or opportunities with users who are offering them. The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse natural language requests, match intents, and facilitate communication between matched parties. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Facebook authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate another person or entity
Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service

5. Trust Score and Suspension

Users have a trust score that reflects their behavior on the platform. Your trust score increases when you successfully engage with other users and decreases when you receive spam reports.

If your trust score falls to -2 or below, your account will be automatically suspended. Suspended users cannot send messages and must contact the administrator to appeal for reinstatement.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content posted by users. We are not responsible for any transactions or interactions between users.

You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any user or completing any transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
